Day 47: Smith Falls to Ottawa!

Today we rode from Smith Falls all the way up the river road that runs along the rideable canal, for 115 km's, right up to Parliament Hill in Ottawa.

It was a blistering +38 degrees, with the humidex reaching +48!!

Today we met a man from Ethiopia named Mesfin who was so proud to see Vern in an Ethiopian jersey, and donated to the cause on the spot!

We also met up with a good friend of Mark and Nola's from Windsor - George Grayson.

We are cooked and ready for a good rest!

Tomorrow is on to Montreal!
