We had four major hills - 2 in the first 25km's, and 2 in the last 25 km's!
138 km's of hot and humid fun. It was SOOOO hot and humid - we found a nice cool swimming hole and took a dip to cool off!
We slugged it out after our weekend of fun in Montreal. It took a while for the legs to kick in, but they did!
We met Rick, a retired school Principal from the Toronto area, who wanted to ride across Canada. Good luck RICK!
